Delivery
All orders are wrapped and packed securely to prevent the artwork being damaged in transit.
All UK and international orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free for all UK addresses, international shipping is available and through Royal Mail, postage will be calculated at checkout and a tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping times may vary for UK and international orders. Please allow 2-5 working days from when the order was dispatched for UK orders and for international orders up to 28 day.
Larger orders ( greater than 46 x 46 x 61 cm) are sent via a courier and you will be provided a tracking number via email.
Customs/vat / import taxes
Lauren Pollard is not responsible for any customs, vat, import taxes or any other charges you may incur.
Refund policy
In the event the artwork does get damaged in transit please email Lauren at artbylaurenp@gmail.com with pictures within 14 days of the delivery date.
Cancellations
All commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. If you cancel before the commission is started you will be refunded the full deposit. If you cancel the commission once it has been started the full deposit will be held by Lauren Pollard.

Copyright- Lauren Pollard retains copyright on all work produced and images on the website and social media. All commissions and purchased work retain copyright by Lauren Pollard and may be used for promotion or reproduction only by Lauren herself.
Accuracy- All images on Lauren Pollard’s website are displayed as accurately as possible, however Lauren Pollard cannot guarantee that colours are an exact match to the product displayed on your screen, due to individual screens and colour differences
