All artwork, images, and content on this website and across associated platforms remain the intellectual property of Lauren Pollard.

Orders & Delivery
All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
Orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days, unless otherwise stated
Free UK shipping is included on all orders
International shipping is available and calculated at checkout
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a trusted courier service
Tracking details will be provided via email once dispatched
Estimated delivery times:
UK: 2–5 working days after dispatch
International: up to 28 days
Larger works may be shipped via courier and will require a signature upon delivery.
Customs & Import Charges
For international orders, any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are not controlled by Lauren Pollard.
Refunds & Damages
If your artwork arrives damaged, please email artbylaurenp@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging.
Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
Commissions
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission
Work will not begin until the deposit has been received
If you cancel before work begins, your deposit will be refunded
If you cancel after work has started, the deposit will be retained to cover time and materials
Lauren Pollard retains the right to share commissioned work for portfolio, promotional, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Workshops & Events
By booking a workshop, you agree to the following:
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to secure your place unless otherwise stated
Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis
Cancellations
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to someone else (please notify in advance)
Changes & Cancellations by the Artist
In the unlikely event that a workshop must be cancelled or rescheduled, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session
Participation
Workshops are designed to be welcoming and accessible to all skill levels
Participants are responsible for following any safety guidance provided during the session

Every effort is made to display artwork as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
